Effective on tough and set-in stains

Zout® Laundry Stain Remover uses the power of three enzymes to remove even the toughest stains from your clothes. With its unique triple enzyme formula, Zout removes stains like grass, ground-in dirt, blood, foods and other set-in stains.

  • The first enzyme helps remove tough protein stains such as Blood, Grass, and Sweat.
  • The second enzyme works on starch stains like Tomato and BBQ Sauces.
  • The third enzyme targets oily stains like Salad Dressing and Margarine.

FAQ

+ Is there any fabric on which Zout® stain remover cannot be used?

We do not recommend using Zout® on any non-colorfast dyed fabrics and some fabrics that are lined. The lining may shrink if hand washed. Zout® Stain Remover is also not recommended for use on Cashmere, Leather or Silk.

+ Will Zout® stain remover work on stains that have been laundered, dried or are over a year old?

Yes. It may require a second or third application or soaking in a strong solution of Zout® (1/8 cup in 1 – 1 .5 gallons of water). Remember to test garments for colorfastness before using, even if previously laundered.

+ Can Zout® stain remover be used on carpet or upholstery?

We do not suggest using Zout® on upholstery or carpet because, as a super concentrated surfactant based product, it needs to rinse thoroughly. When not rinsed properly, soap will collect dirt. If Zout® has been used on upholstery or carpet, rinse until no soapsuds appear using a wet/dry vacuum or a carpet/upholstery cleaning machine.

+ Why has my Zout® stain remover turned yellow? Is it tainted or ruined?

Zout® will yellow slightly over time. Its efficiency, power and safety have not changed.

+ Can Zout® stain remover be used on delicate washables?

Yes, but only if the fabrics are colorfast and washable. Test for colorfastness by applying Zout® to an inconspicuous area for 5-10 minutes then rinse. If the color bleeds, the garment is not colorfast.
