The product is specifically designed to fizz, dissolve and release fragrance when exposed to hot water. Verify that a steady stream of hot water runs directly onto the tablet for at least 20 seconds. Using too heavy of a stream of water or water that is not hot enough may decrease the product’s capability to properly activate.
If any part of the tablet remains after 1 minute, the hot steady stream of water should continue running over the tablet for an additional 20 seconds. Verify that the steady stream of hot water is running directly onto the tablet for the directed time. This ensures proper activation of the tablet for effective drain cleaning.
