This is too easy to use

My dishwasher is 9 years old. The only way I knew how to clean it was with “white vinegar” or “bleach”. Needless to say the water dispensers were mostly clogged with white hard water deposits and the water would not empty in the bottom. I actually had to take a shop vac to get some cloudy water with slime  out. Then hit it again with Bleach. One day I was at Marcs purchasing some dishwasher detergent and saw your product Glisten Dishwasher Magic on the shelf. I read it and thought, “This is too easy to use and the there are no chemicals in it this is just a waste and a gimmick. I bought it anyways “desperate”. I cannot describe what your product has done. My dish washer looks brand new. I use it once a month and it is the most amazing product I have ever used! My dishes are spotless! I was so amazed I had to check out your website. I just found out you have a cleaner for washers as well!!! My washer is next and I can’t wait! I will tell everyone I know about your product!
